Delivery
All orders received before 2.00pm are despatched same day. Delivery to mainland UK is FREE for all orders over £50.00 (excluding VAT). Orders below £50.00 (excluding VAT) will incur a £3.75 handling charge (excluding VAT). Orders have to be received by 2.00pm for same day despatch (stocked items only)
Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders outside mainland UK. Northern Ireland customer can place orders via telephone on 01204 89 54 10. Please note that additional carriage charges will apply
Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Incontinence Products Online shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Incontinence Products Online within 14 days and all returns are subject to conditions please read our terms for more information
